Mary Beth Brown-Kennett loves her work, and it shows in the service she provides to San Diego home buyers and sellers.
Fun loving and social, before becoming a REALTOR® Mary Beth had a long career in the travel industry. In that position she traveled from coast to coast, meeting and providing service to interesting people while learning about a variety of cultures. That experience helps her understand the varying wants and needs of buyers and sellers in San Diego's multi-cultural society.
Along with giving her a strong grounding in the value of service, her work in the travel industry taught her just how important it is for clients to enjoy the process. While business transactions must be taken seriously, clients still need the opportunity to smile and laugh.
With a competitive spirit stemming back from her experience as a competitive swimmer in childhood, Mary Beth enjoys solving the problems and meeting the challenges that can present themselves in a real estate transaction.
She's a creative problem solver, thinking outside the box to find solutions where others might give up and walk away. She encourages her clients to leave the worries to her – she'll carry the load and manage the many intricacies on the path to a successful closing.
In addition to swimming, as a youth, Mary Beth participated in a variety of sports and competed in Triathlons. Today she enjoys yoga, Pilates, strength training, and taking hikes with her husband and their two Yorkies – Freddie & Joey She also enjoys occasionally partnering on projects with her husband, who is in the wood flooring business.
